Seamless integration to QuickBooks® QBi series

Retail Point of Sale has a seamless integration with QuickBooks inventory, customer accounts, sales assistants and chart of accounts. Choose from QuickBooks Accounting, QuickBooks Plus, QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier or QuickBooks Enterprise.

Manage customer accounts and laybys: Customer accounts can be easily managed at the point of sale with the ability to set special pricing for family, staff or loyal customers; charge transactions to an account and accept payments. Customer laybys can also be tracked in Retail Point of Sale.

Manage your stock with ease:Retail Point of Sale manages all types of inventory. Track sales and stock on hand for a particular item, track service items, group items to sell as a kit or purchase in a case and sell as a 6 pack. Sales can also be tracked by units of measure* such as kilograms, metres or litres.Units of measure only available with QuickBooks Pro QBi series, QuickBooks Premier QBi series and QuickBooks Enterprise QBi series.
 
Create as many keys as you need: With advanced touch screen functionality, create as many touch screen layers and touch buttons as you need. Choose colour scheme, size and even add pictures to your buttons.

Point of Sale made easy: Retail Point of Sale is a computerised cash register designed with the tools you need to ensure sales are processed quickly, giving staff more time to spend with customers. Recall transactions from any terminal ,Put multiple transactions on hold at one time, add a message to the transaction, such as a customer's name or table number, and recall from any terminal.

Table tracking and kitchen printing: Record a table number with your transaction and also send the order to the kitchen printer. The number of orders placed for a table is tracked and a Write Off function is available to record order adjustments or cancellations appropriately.
 
Label design and print software included:
Retail Point of Sale includes a comprehensive label design and print feature, built into the software. Design shelf labels, advertising cards, barcodes for products or customer cards. The choice is virtually endless. Multiple time or volume driven promotions, Set up promotions within Retail Point of Sale to be triggered either by time period or volume. Run a promotion and see the original and discounted price figures displayed on your Point of Sale terminal.

Store up to 10 barcodes against a product: Store a master product barcode in QuickBooks and up to ten barcodes per related product within Retail Point of Sale. This feature enables rapid creation of multiple barcodes for related products, saving you time and money.
